Sport Representative:
Sport Representatives are key to the success of all SCCYAA programs. Primary responsibilities include:

• communicating information to the elementary and middle schools as well as parishes if needed
• ensuring that the coach(s) adhere to the safe environment requirements
• ensuring that the coaches, players and parents understand and adhere to the SCCYAA handbook and league requirements
• coordinating a pre-season coaches meeting (and parent meetings if necessary)
• assisting in ordering uniforms, managing the sport equipment and collecting registration money
• being a liaison between SCCYAA, the respective sport and the high school coaches
• attending SCCYAA meetings

All sports representatives are voting members of the Executive Committee.
